The hotel has an unbeatable location, a short walk to amazing restaurants and viewpoints yet still on a quiet street in the historic center. The very attentive staff accommodated all my needs. Stayed in a Wheelchair Accessible room with good storage and a beautiful view; it worked well for me.

Hotel overlooked garden and the room was comfortable. Fairly friendly and nice staff, as it had to be. Its location relatively close to an old church was good and marvellous. This property was in a nice area just next door to the airport and taxi. The stay was nice.

The decoration at this hostel is absolutely charming, with beautiful traditional artwork and cozy seating areas where you can relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The general areas are clean and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people to move around and feel comfortable. Plus, the hostel is conveniently located near popular points of interest, making it accessible for older guests like myself.

I would only ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the children working there could provide a bit more assistance with luggage or any other needs we may have.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. the breakfast had a nice variety of options and there was always tea available. the location was great, with amazing restaurants and viewpoints nearby.

The bathroom was a bit cold and the door didn't close properly, causing the room to be chilly. There was some noise from neighboring rooms and the walls were thin, which made it hard to sleep.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days while exploring the historic area. The location was great, although it's up a hill from the main square. The staff was friendly and helpful, even taking care of our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu. The beds were comfortable and the blankets were thick. We enjoyed complimentary water bottles on the first day. The breakfast had a decent variety, including cooked eggs. The hotel had a cozy lounging area with a kitchenette and a dining table, with beautiful views of the surrounding hills.

    I do recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Cusco for a few nights. The location was great, with several good restaurants nearby and a short walk to the city center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even providing us with a snack for our early departure. The room was comfortable, with a heater that was much appreciated in the high altitude. The hot water in the shower was a pleasant surprise, and there was always tea available. The hotel also had a book exchange shelf and offered safe storage for our luggage. it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    I do recommend this hotel.

The value for money at this hostel was great! The room was cozy and had a terrace with a perfect view over the city. The location in the San Blas neighborhood was wonderful and the staff was helpful and accommodating.

The hotel breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
